Eye rolls- The process:

1. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. 

2. Exhale. 

3. Slowly rotate your eyes in a complete circle. First rotate in a  

Clockwise direction, three times. 

4. Then repeat in an anti-clockwise direction, three times.

These simple movements will improve the flow of blood and oxygen to your eyes and refresh them. You will feel the difference immediately. You may choose to do this NOW!
