Subha M. Krishnan is a seasoned banking professional and accomplished educator with over four decades of service at the State Bank of India. Having retired as Chief Manager (Faculty), she has trained more than 10,000 banking professionals across credit management, Behavioural Sciences, and customer service.
She has designed customized training modules, case studies, and learning materials that have strengthened branch performance, governance, and audit preparedness across the Bank.
As a mentor, she has guided hundreds of young officers, fostering leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills essential for success in dynamic financial environments.
Alongside her professional accomplishments, Subha is also an established author and creative educator. She has published several works of fiction, inspirational writing, and children’s literature, reflecting her deep understanding of human behaviour and empathy.
With an M.B.A. in Banking & Finance and an M.A. in Economics, she is certified in SME credit from Moody's and in Wealth Management from CRISIL.
